Stroke rehabilitation encounters ups and downs, which is similar to flying kite. Both of them need help and encouragement from others in order to fly high. We now encourage individuals and communities in Hong Kong to participate in a kite-flying activity, “Fly with the Wind”, includes Kick-off Ceremony of “Orange Ribbons Campaign 2014”, Facebook event voting and prize presentation ceremony, experiencing activities of stroke rehabilitation, game booths, free medical check electrocardiogram (ECG) examination, etc., as expressing awareness on stroke disease and supports to stroke patients. Through the activity, we would like to make a Hong Kong record to promote the message of “facing challenges with smiles, flying high in heart”. The activity also responds to the World Stroke Day on 29th October.
