The state hospital in Abeokutais is actively planning the World Stroke Day this year and is planning on organizing the following:
1. Media enlightenment on Radio/Television
2. Public lectures on stroke.
3. Identification of the at risk
4. Bring to the attention of the government the need to establish regional stroke units for prompt attention.
5. Encourage multidisciplinary approach to the management of stroke
